Kenyan schools play a vital role in shaping students’ health, and meal programs are at the heart of this effort. As schools seek healthier, cost-effective and sustainable alternatives to traditional meat, we launched the Vegan Chicken Culinary Training Program for Kenyan School Chefs & Stakeholders.
This program is designed to train school chefs, nutritionists and decision-makers on how to prepare delicious, protein-rich, plant-based chicken alternatives that provide students with essential nutrients while reducing reliance on costly animal products.
